These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ALTRBox (“the Service”), operated by ALTREX Labs (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The service

ALTRBox connects to your Gmail account (with your consent) and uses AI to triage, summarize, and prioritize incoming email. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.

Your account

You must own or have permission to use the Google account you connect. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or abusing the Service.
• No use of the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• No attempt to access another user’s data.

Your data

Your use of data we receive about you is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your Gmail content; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALTREX Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated classifications and summaries can be incorrect; review important emails yourself.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
